QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Valid Oregon Teaching License through Teacher Standards & Practices Commission
- Endorsement in Elementary- Multiple Subjects
- Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators
- Highly organized teacher that leads with their heart
- Deep understanding of MTSS for academic supports
- Ability to deliver high quality reading, math, and SEL interventions
- Ability to collect and share data for collaborative decision making
- Passion for guiding students towards achieving their highest potential
- Ability to establish exceptional working relationships with staff, students, and parents
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Estimated start date – August 23, 2024 (new staff orientation)
- 1.0 FTE – 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
- 2024/25 school year base salary $44,595 – $80,544 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
